This website is intended solely as a homeowner information resource about the area commonly known as South Seas Island Resort in Captiva, Florida USA.
The resort includes private residences and timeshare units as well as property owned and/or managed by commercial or government entities. The owners of the 525 private residences are members of the following associations, which are collectively represented by the Presidents' Council.
